Returns and Refunds Policy

At Norven Zone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy below for more details.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for damaged or defective items only. If the product you receive is not as expected due to damage during shipping or manufacturing defects, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or products that are in perfectly functional condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You can contact us via email or phone.

  2. Provide Details: When contacting us, please include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Return Instructions: Once we’ve reviewed your request, our team will provide you with the return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • The product must be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You must have initiated the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note that shipping charges for returns are covered by Norven Zone only if the item is defective or damaged. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

  • Refunds are issued via cash on delivery (COD) payment method only. The amount will be refunded in full, minus any shipping costs or handling charges if applicable.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition.

  • Products where the original packaging has been damaged or removed.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
